How can we help?
Update Tablanet and iOS, confirm your internet connection, then reopen the app. A live match will restore from the authoritative server. Do not reinstall during a guest account unless you accept that device-local guest history may be lost.
Invitations
Private links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. A friend invitation can also fail when either player is already in a match, the friendship changed, or one player blocked the other.
Notifications
Enable notifications both in Tablanet Settings and iOS Settings. Notifications contain no cards, scores, or opponent names. The app still restores the current state when opened if a notification is delayed.
Account and privacy
Username, blocks, sign-out, and account deletion controls are in Settings. An active game must finish or be forfeited before account deletion. Privacy details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Contact
Email support@tablanet.com. When reporting a problem, include the time it happened and the request ID shown by the app if available. Never send an Apple identity token, session credential, invitation token, or screenshot containing private cards.
